On 24 Mar 2023, I had another Plumbing Company come to my house to try to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Over 3 hours later, 2 different sizes of snacks, and failed attempts at putting cameras down the pipe, they said I had a collapsed pipe and they would have to reroute through the bathroom. They would be back on 1 Apr to assess the plan, but possibly up to $10K. Last night I am walking through the neighborhood, and see Aarow Plumbing at a home, and start talking with the plumbers. They were so willing to offer advice, suggestions, and offered to take a look. I called this morning, they came out within a couple of hours, and my clog was fixed within 5 minutes - honestly!! They saved me thousands of dollars, hours I would spend missing work, and ripping up my floors/cement slabs. AJ, Robert, and every single person I talked to at Aarow Plumbing were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. AJ gave me tips on maintaining my pipes, and what to do if I have another clog like that one. They are the only plumbing company I will use.

They did a great job, and I've already used them twice since then. Their prices are VERY reasonable. He was great about coming out during Sunday evening for my emergency. I'd called him earlier that day, and he was able to get the work done quickly.

They were on time, they charged what they quoted, they finished the job without delays, and they were professional. All service calls should be like this. They will be my first choice any time I need a plumber.

Service was quick and painless.  Showed up on time (called on way) and worked quickly.  He installs many hot water heaters, and has the process down so the installation and removal were efficient.  Advised on buying new model, and I ended up buying one from him. I recommend calling for a quote before you buy a water heater or contract for services with a box store.

Everything went pretty good. They were professional, clean, and did a good job. However, they were expensive.

Rocky Aarow gave me free estimate and finished the job on time. The final invoice is within the estimate. Will use this company again.

They have never failed me. They come out whenever there is an issue. I think their prices are reasonable. They are friendly and professional. I will always call them again.

They are professional, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their work. They are honest and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and I have. They are a great company to work with.

The failure occurred on New Years Eve however in response to a phone call the plumber arrived at the house within two hours as he had promised despite the holiday period. The work was accomplished successfully in a short time and in a professional manner.

The plumber that came was originally supposed to come at around 2:30 PM. He did arrive at 4:30 PM. However, he kept me advised all afternoon as to why, and when he was going to arrive. The gentlemen was fast, efficient, and very friendly. He even stayed long enough to check my water heater, and house heater to make sure that they were still operating correctly, since he had to shut off the main gas line.

THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK, AND HAD THE LEAK REPAIRED IN NO TIME. THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE, AND THE PRICE WAS NOT A DOLLAR MORE THAN WHAT THEY FIRST QUOTED IT AS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS OUTSTANDING, AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE HIRED THEM BEFORE, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I'M EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY NEW FAUCET. IT WORKS WONDERFULLY! THE COMPANIES QUALITY OF WORK IS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND AFFORDABLE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
