Extremely rude, completly missed the estimate. Did not tell me about extra charges until they showed up to pack. Poor communication, broke ons of stuff, claim process was difficult and made me feel like I was the one who was to blame. Guy who came out was creepy and rude and made me feel very unsafe. Will never use them again. Driver on other end was nice and professional but was not part of AAA pro moving.

I really appreciated the fact that nothing was broken during the move. Since the price was based on weight, we sold our old furniture and packed our own things but the price was still high. The final bill came in just over $200 more than the estimate.

They did a really good job with the move. The items that were damaged were not important at all so I didn't really mind. The most important larger items were very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend them for anybody that needs to hire movers.

I WASN'T VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR HAULING. WHILE THEY WERE CARRYING MY TABLE, THEY DROPPED IT AND BROKE IT. OTHER THAN THAT I THOUGHT THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
