Rob Anderson was detailed, organized, friendly and has an intelligent, efficient and friendly group doing the work. My understanding the 2 sisters and a husband have been working for him for 10 years. I found them on the internet because I was looking for stucco repair and there were no listings on your site for that. I learned when they were done that they are listed as painters. I will feel comfortable recommending them to anyone. They matched the texture on the walls and it all looks wonderful.

The owner said he thought this was a and quot;small joband quot;, so he gave me the name and number of one of his employee's. I called this other man, and quot;Joseand quot;. he came over the next afternoon, a Sunday, dressed very nicely in dress pants and a dress shirt, and gave me an estimate. He then called at 7:00AM the next morning and asked if he could come at 8:30. I said yes. They arrived around 8:45, and started putting up plastic all around my new kitchen cabinets, and appliances.
They prepared the wall, then painted with a undercoat, and then let it dry. Painted again, and textured the walls to match my living and dining room walls, and then did a final painting. It is beautiful.
It took just about one entire day. I wrote him a check for $450 and he gave me a receipt. Very nice man, and very professional.

The owner made a mistake in bidding his job too low, so when he was done instead of sucking it up and ckeaning up and moving on, he kept saying how muvh he was losing on the deal and couldn't I pay him a little more. I gave him another chance with another ren

Rob was fairly prompt with returning calls and coming to look at our property. He spent a great deal of time with us, explaining his process and making suggestions. The estimate arrived promptly, and the neighbor Rob mentioned as a reference gave him a very positive review. While his price was not the lowest of the bids we obtained, we were impressed by Rob and felt that the quality of the process and the fact that he uses 3 coats of paint instead of the 2 specified by others justified our using his services.
The crew was friendly and efficient, and willing to answer any questions or to address any concerns we had. Overall the work was excellent, and the crew did a pretty good job of cleaning up, except for a few paint splashes on our concrete sidewalks. While attempting to repair an area on the door where the paint did not dry appropriately, the crew slipped with a palm sander and sanded off the finish on the newly installed and expensive door hardware. To their credit, they brought it to our attention immediately and Rob paid to replace the hardware. In general, we were very satisfied with the job and have recommended Rob to neighbors.
Our experience with the exterior painting is what makes our attempt to obtain a quote from Rob for some interior work in February 2013 so much more baffling. We called and left a detailed message with his answering service about the nature of the work and identifying ourselves as recent customers. When Rob failed to return the call, we called again and left another message. Rob did return this call and, when told that we were several weeks out from the start date for the job due to other ongoing remodeling work, said that he would call within a week to set up an appointment to view the job and provide an estimate. When he failed to call, we called again and left a message. That call has never been returned, so we have contacted other contractors and will be using one of them. Very disappointing.

We called three painting contractors to provide us quotes for an exterior painting of our fairly large home. Rob impressed us from the start as he had looked up our house on Google Earth even before he returned the initial call. Rob arrived on time for the appointment, and had a very clear process to arrive at the amount for this project. He has a multi page booklet that describes in detail the services to be performed, information about his licensing, bonding, and insurance plus testimonials. Rob offers a cafeteria style bid, so you can pick and choose the services you want to receive. He also offers various payment options.
At the onset of the project Rob met with us and his crew leader Renee to walk around the entire house ensuring that we all had the same understanding of the scope of services. Renee took charge after the meeting, and she worked very closely with her crew to get the job done. On a daily basis Renee was in touch to let us know when they would arrive and to discuss any details about the work. Whille on the job, Renee and her crew did exactly what we expected in a very timely manner. The entire crew was very professional and seemed to work well together. As the job progressed Reneee answered all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves every afternoon, and were respectful in terms of making noise and having access to the house for painting the exterior doors.
At the end of the project, Renee accomapnied us on a very thorough and complete walk around the house and marked the few places that needed touch up, etc. Then her crew completed the project to our complete satisfaction. The final clean up was impressive and we finished up the project with a great feeling about AA Brite.

David and his crew arrived promptly as expected. They were very professional and curtious. answered all our questions and went about there business. They were extremely neat, cleaning up after themselves each day. One would never know there was painting being done. We were very pleased with the finished product.

On August 5 about 6 pm approximately half of our roof was blown off in a rain/wind storm. The roof was peeled back to the base. We had water coming in two rooms within a matter of minutes. I called our insurance company and was advised to call a roofer and have them come and tarp the roof to prevent further damage. I looked in the phone book and called the only company I saw whose add said they were available 24 hrs, 7 days a week. I was happy that a real person answered and not a recording. However, that is were my and quot;happinessand quot; ended.
The owner of the company said he would have his and quot;teamand quot; get right on it. I was surprised that they had to go to Home Depot to get tarps to put on the roof. I wonder what they would have done had my call come in an hour later when Home Depot would have been closed. The and quot;teamand quot; that arrived was not professional. It was a man and a woman in a small pickup truck. The man was smoking a cigarette and I thought he might have been drinking (can't be sure) and the woman had some kind of partial cast on her arm. Neither looked or acted professional. They proceeded to tarp the roof and then charge $600. As soon as they left the rain started again and water continued to pour in to our kitchen and dinning room.
The next morning a restoration company called in by the insurance company came and had to re-tarp the roof. The tarps they used were approximately three times the size of the one used by AA Bright. These tarps remained on the roof for approximately 7 weeks until such time as the roof could be repaired. We had many storms during the months of August and September and there was never any additional leaks. We were told by the company that put up the new tarps how the old tarps were put down in such a manner that the water had no option but to drain into the house.
Although my credit card was accepted immediately the evening of the service it took approximately two weeks to get a receipt from Robert Anderson. I called approximately five or six times before finally getting a paper copy to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement. I was not happy at all with the services of this company.

Crew did an excellent job. Very fast and professional. I had lower quotes but was impressed by the owner's commitment. Great job!

Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work performed! Nice people, excellent work and good price! In addition, the owner's website provided lots of good info to help with any questions a potential customer might have regarding materials and options for the job.

Rob was prompt in scheduling an appointment with me for the estimate, and painters came as planned two weeks after estimate. Everyone did a walk around the house to be sure we were on the same page about the scope of the work, colors, and their expectation that I let them know any concerns or ask any questions. Each wall of the house received 3 coats of paint and the difference in how the house looked was truly amazing. All of the work was meticulously done and the painters were professional and knowlegeable throughout the work. I would hire them again when I am ready to have more painting done at my home and will recommend them to friends.

The crew was very punctual, arriving early, working through lunch. They always cleaned up each day. The job went quickly. The paint AA Brite uses is the highest quality, they trenched out from the house and sprayed/painted all exposed surfaces.. The job looked so good we re-hired them to do our roof coating. Same crew arrived, same result, excellent professional service. Their price was not the lowest but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended. They guaranteed their work and the roof coating is guaranteed for 6 years.

Overall, it went exactly as promised.

We received bids from a few different companies. The bid from AA Brite included tax which was a really nice thing. Even including tax the price we were given still beat other companies estimates that included a $$$ off coupon -- and other companies' estimates did not include tax. AA Brite painted walls only of our living room (very high walls), kitchen, family room, and halls. Robert came and helped us with color alternatives, He came to see us on Monday. Wednesday he had color samples to paint splotches in various parts of the house to see how they look with the different lighting, Thursday we notified of the color, and Friday the team was painting. Dave and his team were clean, polite, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. They had all the equipment needed and were completed on Tuesday. Their work was impeccable. Alll surfaces were protected during painting process. Outlet covers and hardware was removed from the walls before painting. A couple of days they were later arriving than what they said, but they called to let us know and accomplished what they said they would in good time. One day we had them come when no one was home for most of the day. No problems. The target date for completion was met. It was great to work with them. Other companies may have thrown more bodies at the job and maybe have completed it earlier, but I believe the quality of the work and the individuals was worth a little extra time. Without a doubt I would use AA Brite again in painting jobs.

AA Brite does great work. The prices are fair, they are not cheap but they are fair. The crew was excellent, they do amazing work and are really nice guys. They do not make a mess and I would use them again.

Overall performance was poor. Ron Anderson, the owner, sold me on the fact that his company provides exceptional service and was higher quality than competitors. His crew, headed by Dave, did not perform up to expectations. They did not clean up, they left paint flakes all over the yard and actually swept them into planters and mulch beds. They hardly scraped any old paint. They didn't caulk holes like Ron told me they would. The over sprayed almost everything lying within 10 feet of where they were painting, including my neighbor's fence (which took them two and a half weeks to fix). They did over $100 damage to landscaping. I had to have them return 4 times to fix things. After the forth time I gave up. I have worked in the commercial construction industry for years, and I have never seen an outfit like this.

THE STUCCO AND TRIM OF OUR HOME LOOKS WONDERFUL. WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THEIR WORK. OUR HOME LOOKS GREAT AND WE HAVE THE PAINTING CREW TO THANK.

THEY DID FAIR WORK. THEY CAME LATE, THEY CHECKED OUT WHAT WE WANTED PAINTED, THEY LEFT AND TOLD US THEY WOULD BE BACK IN 1 HOUR, THEY NEVER CAME BACK. THEY DID SHOW UP THE NEXT DAY. THEY MADE A MESS, THERE WAS PAINT ON EVERYTHING.
