Terrible. System leaked less than a year after they worked on our unit. It was leaking from exact spot they worked on, which had never occurred previously. They refused to send someone out unless I agreed on the phone that it was not a warranty issue. I have a 4 year old daughter and 5 year old son stuck in Tucson heat with no AC and a huge whole in my ceiling.
