A VERY NICE CONSTRUCTION CO

Roger is friendly, thorough and understands our needs. As we are not on site all the time, he communicates over the phone and email and we meet with him monthly so far. There is a ton of work for him and he fits us in between his other regular clients. We are delighted with this arrangement as it allows Roger to work at his own pace once we set the priorities. We were happy to have a working bathroom and finished bedroom for our stay last week, and all the money we saved on hotels will go to Roger for future renovations to the house. During the last storm he discovered a leak and kept it from destroying our carpets. He is meticulous and cleans up after his work. We are very pleased with Roger and just wish we were his only clients! During the winter, you need to schedule him in advance. We are expecting Roger to assist with a complete kitchen renovation as well as a patio slab and specialized patio roof, and a complete roof repair all after the first of the year. I just wish he could clone himself for us...

Roger did a great job. He is somewhat of a perfectionist and he does not hurry his work so it gets done right. He kept in touch through out the work letting me know what he was doing and when he would be working and on what. I will definitely call him if I need further work done on the house. We have talked to him about doing some interior painting and will include him as one of the bidders.

Roger is professional and friendly. He does excellent work and is able to balance financial needs with home maintenance needs. He is a problem solver and I have valued his help over the years. He has always been responsive to my requests and I trust both him and his work.
