Seamstress was very confrontational and seemed to be angered by some questions. In the end, the dress still did not fit. A very disappointing visit. The dry cleaner she was attached to, however, was excellent. Very professional and thorough.

I had two towels that I really like that were frayed on the edges. She was able to turn them down and stitch them all the way down the two sides for $6 per towel. I am thrilled with the result. [I had another seamstress tell me I needed to buy bias tape in order for her to fix the towels. This solution was better and more reasonable.]
I also had the hem of a pair of dress pants altered for $10.
Prices are reasonable and the workmanship is excellent. A Stitch in Time is now my go-to place for alterations and repairs!
