A Reliable Groundskeeper

He did a great job weeding, cleaning up the never-ending yellow dust and pods from the yard, pruned everything and fertilized as directed. He is by self-admission not the person to know what my plants need in terms of fertilizing and other horticultural knowledge. He was a really good sport and accomodated my crackpot ideas of how things should be done, but I gave him a B, not for poor performance, but because he doesn't have quite the skill set I need. He's still coming for routing maintenance.

Mark visited my home and walked around the yard with me so I could describe what I wanted done. He asked a lot of good questions and committed to sending me a quote within the next couple of days.
He called and left me a message and I called him back. We discussed his price and I agreed to have him do the work. He wasn't able to get to my yard until a week or so later when I was going to be out of town. I had a little bit of stress about having someone do such extensive work without being here to answer questions and/or clarify, but I decided to go through with it.
When I returned home the next week, I was delighted to see how clean and neat my yard was and how well-shaped the trees were. Mark and his team did a wonderful job. If they weren't so far away, they would be doing my on-going maintenance but since they don't have any other customers near me, it doesn't work out.
I highly recommend their work.

They were fast and efficient. The yard was very clean, and the trees were trimmed well; with one exception that one year later one of the trees in the back is losing a limb due to whatever happened when the branch was trimmed off; however, those things do happen. The owner was with the crew, and kept his crew working. He checked their work.

The price quoted was fair. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. They arrived on time and left the yard looking very good. I was satisfied with their service and would use them again.

He is very thorough in what he does. He is also prompt. He shows up every Wednesday. I never had to call him or anything.
