Scheduled quickly, showed up on time, finished installation (including trouble-shooting and finding solution to some unanticipated problems), cleaned up after themselves.  Totally professional all along the way.

We had made a appointment earlier but had to reschedule. The workers, 2 men were on time and professional. They got right to work and cleaned up after. We are very pleased with the work and will call in the future.

The men were prompt, efficient, totally capable, and nice to work with.  The owner is a very pleasant man and eager to do anything one wants done.  He delivers what is promised on time and with no excuses.  He made 2 trips to the house to bring parts that were not on the truck.  I could not have asked for more.  I will use this company in the future,

Boris came in and my husband and I showed him everything we wanted done. U can't imagine my surprise when I received a phone call telling me I owed double what the estimate was. All he had to say is that it was just am estimate. I could go on and on about the men who performed the work. I would not recommend or ever use this company again!

Fantastic experience.  I arranged for service without really giving too much guidance on what I needed, primarily because it was a large and random list of electrical needs on my "to-do" list.  I was hoping they could finish 50% in 2 hours.  Instead, they completed each and everyone one regardless of the complexity or vagueness of my request.  These ranged from basic like installing several countdown timers for bathroom exhaust fans and a ceiling fan - to the more complex like installing z-wave enable light switches - and the random such as me pointing to a destroyed light fixture and saying "can you fix this?".

How?  there were two knowledgeable gentlemen who showed up with a truck full of everything they could need.

We were out of town when we got a call from the security company that our power to the house was out, and the security system would be operating on battery backup.  Our son-in-law was called.  He arranged A-American to come out the same day and look at the breaker box.  Several of the breakers were fried.... complete with burn marks around them.  A-American came back the next morning (on a Saturday) and did a temporary emergency fix that combined some of the circuits so that the house and appliances, including the air conditioners and refrigerator could keep working until we got home and could have the circuit breaker box replaced.  Their work was competent and satisfactory.

Boris, of A American Electrical was recommended to us by a good friend when we were in need of an electrician to repair damage done to the wiring of swamp cooler by a roofer. Boris showed up before 8AM with two employees, who actually did the labor in about two and a half hours. The total was a little pricey, but the results were excellent. Very high quality work. He even agreed to write us a letter that the roofer had driven a nail through the wiring. We will call Boris for our future electrical needs.

The installation was excellent. Joey said the company  will send me and invoice.    THAT is where the PROBLEM statred.  A Mr. BORIS ( who I made the appt. with and agreed upon the Price) arrived at our house with the invoice for payment on 4/25/11.  We were not notified before hand.  That was...... O.K.  BUT when Mr. Boris gave me the invoice it had the PRICE of $183.13.  I stated I was told by YOU that the price would be between $120 and $150 AND  NO HIGHER!!  He said Yes that's true, but this is what the LADY put on the invoice.  I repeated YOU said NO HIGHER than $150 FORSURE111111.  Again, Mr. BORIS says, this is what the LADY put on the invoice. I stated if I knew his word was NO GOOD -  I would have never  called let alone make an appt. with the Lic. , Bonded, & Insured Company.  I also, stated I will NEVER do business with them again and I will tell friends, family anybody else about this situtation.  I wrote out the check ( I was disgusted--felt lied to and cheated).  After the check was written Mr Boris then says well.......you could write a check for $150.  I did NOT, because I was worried the COMPANY could/would come after me for not paying the full PRICE on the INVOICE.  I AM writting a letter to the company this weekend regarding the situtation.  Depending on the responce:  I will contact  1) Dept. of Financial Institution  1) AZ Registrar of Contractors 3) Federal Trade Commission.  What was done was VERY WRONG!!!!!!!!!
