The absolute worst company I've EVER dealt with! They came to look at my refrigerator because it wasn't cooling, however my freezer was working perfectly, on Monday 03/20 and today, Friday 03/24, I still don't have a working fridge. They came and took my freezer apart and left it in pieces all over my kitchen and left it non functional causing my food to thaw and spoil and also made it so that the freezer door would not close. They took my credit card information claiming that they couldn't order parts to repair my fridge without payment information. The next day they put the freezer back together and claimed to repair the fridge. However, when they left my refrigerator still wasn't cooling. They said they replaced fans, I never saw any new item get installed, and they also said that now my sensors needed replacing. They left with a bag of my garbage to "prove" my food had spoiled and they refused to leave any documentation showing the work they had completed. They also refused to leave any business cards- claiming it was all at the office. I called them repeatedly to see when they would return to complete any repair and to this minute no one has returned. What I did receive was a rude call telling me that I know nothing about appliances and that they did repair my fridge. I did purchase a thermometer and it currently shows the fridge temperature at 52 degrees, way above the appropriate temperature needed for proper food storage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT SCAMS PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY!!

My fridge was not working. I could tell that he did not know what he was doing. They put in a part that I didn't need and charged 270. They replaced the fan. It didn't repair the refrigerator. They said they would be back the next morning to repair the fridge, but didn't show up. I tried to get a hold of him for a week and finally did a week later. I threatened small claims court and he sent someone out and charged an additional 84 for the part.

The 1st call in Feb. took 3 visits and over a 10 days and they did not repair it. This was during our coldest days. We called and told the company that it still wasn't repaired and they never returned the call. Had to call another firm and it took him about 5 minutes.
2nd call was a dishwasher and that took 2 calls and all it needed was to be unplugged and restarted as it was a computer problem.
The 3rd call was our 2 year old air conditioning unit. When we ask the home warranty people NOT to send 911 out they did anyway. Many calls and visits including one with the main tech it still would not cool. When my husband called the company they hung up on him. Another company came out and repaired a valve and it has been fine.
We are not happy with Choice Home Warranty and certainly not with 911.
Response from 911 Appliance Repair
"As contractor working on behalf of other warranty companies, we are often confused as to working for one single vendor. Sometimes, the same work order goes out to other contractors, we looked at your work order, and this work order was reassigned a few times. We are very sorry you feel this way about our service, nonetheless, we want to assure you that if the situation is as you described, we've take very seriously what you said, and we continue to make ongoing improvements in our dispatch system. Again, we appreciate your honesty."
