2nd call was a dishwasher and that took 2 calls and all it needed was to be unplugged and restarted as it was a computer problem.
The 3rd call was our 2 year old air conditioning unit. When we ask the home warranty people NOT to send 911 out they did anyway. Many calls and visits including one with the main tech it still would not cool. When my husband called the company they hung up on him. Another company came out and repaired a valve and it has been fine.
We are not happy with Choice Home Warranty and certainly not with 911.
"As contractor working on behalf of other warranty companies, we are often confused as to working for one single vendor. Sometimes, the same work order goes out to other contractors, we looked at your work order, and this work order was reassigned a few times. We are very sorry you feel this way about our service, nonetheless, we want to assure you that if the situation is as you described, we've take very seriously what you said, and we continue to make ongoing improvements in our dispatch system. Again, we appreciate your honesty."
