Curtis responded promptly to my initial contact and set an appointment to visit our home for an estimate. He sent the estimate within 24 hours, and we were able to schedule the work less than a week later. He and his helper arrived at the promised time, installed the unit, and completed the work just after lunch time. Curtis wrote down all the info I needed to register my new equipment for the warranty.
