The coolers were never hooked up. Wiring and water connections never made. The motor and internal parts in 1 cooler had been taken out and broken motor of another make put in. The company doesn't answer my calls. The BBB have been in touch but to no avail.

I selected this company because it could provide the installation before other providers of service. It is hot in Tucson in late May. 24 Hour did not offer the best price. The installation went fine and the work was completed as promised except the application for the rebate from the local electricity provider has not been submitted to date July 14, 2010. There has been no response to numerous phone messages. Several weeks ago, someone from the company came to my house and filled out some papers but indicated that he needed to go to the office to submit and promised to mail me a copy of the completed application. I am still waiting.
