After 20 years in the industry, we have seen pest elimination techniques improve through engineering. We employ micro-encapsulated sprays which use thousands upon thousands of bubbles to surround the active chemical ingredient preserving until an insect contacts it. We are a small local women/veteran owned pest control business. A wide range of services are offered for both residential and commercial customers including; pest, rodent, bee and termite control, termite warranties, snake repellents, free estimates and termite inspections for sale of property and refinancing.

on time, they said I was not at risk of termites because manufactured home had vinyl and none skirting. the proof of effectiveness will be how long before another spider comes inside. I never had scorpion or black widow problem.

They are very, very, very good. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They are just excellent. They come out within a day or two if I call. They leave area clean and tech are excellent.

He had a 2 pound pressurized can, and walked around my house and sprayed inside/outside. They did not keep their word. They were supposed to call me to set up a Certified Termite Inspector. They told me with the spray treatment that I would get a termite inspection the same day. The employee who showed up was not certified to inspect for termites. They were also supposed to inspect the crawlspace, which they did not do. I was not happy with the service that I received. I had signed up for a yearly treatment agreement, which I have now called them back to cancel.

Randy comes every month, calling the night before so I have a window of time to expect him. He does a marvelous job. After two-three months, most of the bugs are gone; no termites or signs of termites. Office staff is also responsive to questions, as I found out in working on a specific day to schedule my recurring service.

Lia was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with answers to my questions and requests for advice. She discussed various rodent control methods, the pros and cons of each, as well as explaining the chemicals she used to treat my home. She did not rush and was patient all of my questions. I was very satisfied with the service and impressed by the reasonable price for a termite 'insurance' contract, which I chose to purchase. I am definitely recommending 1st Choice to my neighbors and friends!

Technician was arrived at the front end of the 30 minute window and was very professional. She answered all questions and gave easy to understand answers. She explained what service that she was going to do and also recommendation for future treatments. I would highly recommend 1st Choice Termite and Pest Control.
