Perfectly. Mr. Papanikolas came to our house and we explained our problems as well as our desired solutions. Then Email pictures of all new parts were sent to us--copies of the actual appliances with their prices, companies, advantages, all within our price range but ranked according to price. This was an enormous help to us who are in our eighties.l We selected the parts, they were promptly ordered and Mr. Papanikolas hired his company's plumber to the installation. The man came when he said he would, did the job to our satisfaction (and it was not easy). An invoice came with all the pertinent information. We paid the bill and All Done! On Time! No hassles!
