Beware of this company.
The size of the job was similar or smaller than work
completed 3 months ago.
The quote for the job
was twice as much as previous job.
It was a classic bait and switch.
They offered a "discount" but increased cost for services.
When I tried to negotiate, the crew did not care
and left.
The last time I used them I had tipped generously.

"The facts stated in the Customer's review regarding this job do not correlate with the information we [Member Information Removed]. Based on the items that she wanted removed our Truck Team quoted 1/8 truck load for a total of $136.00 She had a promotional coupon for $40 off which would [Member Information Removed] brought the [Member Information Removed] down to $96. Customer stated she only wanted to pay the minimum charge ($99) and use the $40 coupon towards that charge. Our Truck Team explained to her that all coupons we offer clearly indicate these offers are not valid on single item or minimum charge pickups. We explained to her she could still use the coupon but it would be at the original quote of $136 - $40 = $96.00 She declined our offer and no services were performed that day."

We were very pleased with the service & efficiency. We called on Monday, they came on Wednesday to check out the job, called the next day with the cost, and removed the hot tub on Friday. Because it had to be taken out through a wrought iron gate, it was necessary to cut the tub in 4ths, after removing the thick flagstone-topped stucco surround. None of the flagstone adjacent to the patio was broken, & all of the debris was hauled away. We were very impressed & would use this company again.
