Scheduling is great. They come out every month and they always call the day before to make sure I am going to be home. They are always on time, they do a good job, and they are good with my pets.

They always call the day before to confirm the appointment time. They are always on time for the appointment. They are friendly and my dog seems to like them. They are easy to do business with. The owner and his wife usually come out and responds to my calls.

Provider calls before arrival to let us know they will be on site the next day. Brings a treat for my dog. Full perimeter treatment monthly, no bugs in the house, even with 2 kids leaving crumbs all over the place. Annual service agreement is monthly exterior treatment and 2 interior treatments on demand.
It is always a balance to use the right type and sufficient pest control to keep the bugs away, yet not poison the family and pets. Always uses enough to get the job done and not too much to impact the family. Rainy day once and they re-scheduled to a couple of days later when dry to treatment would remain effective. Also, guarantee after 2 treatments which I have never had to use.

The experience has been good. He brings a couple of treats for my dogs even though my dogs are still afraid of him. I would highly recommend him. He leaves a note telling me when he is coming the next time and he has never missed a day coming.

He comes by once a month. He does a great job and I like him. He provides a reliable service. Every time he comes by he leaves a list of what he did.
