My ac fan motor went out on Thursday 6-13-2024 so we called to have some one come out and look at it. They showed up and used a stick to turn the motor and said yup your fan is out. He pulled out his iPad and plugged the numbers in and gave me a quote for $1173, I pull up my contract from 5yrs ago and show him and he says it doesn't show anywhere on your order that it's under warranty, even though I am showing him the actual document. He asks so do you want us to do the repair. I ask him is this something I can do because I am mechanically inclined and able to do it. He said if I were you I would do it. This isn't my company so screw them. He said he didn't have the part on him. And couldn't get another fan that afternoon. So it would be next week once it did come in. I pay a $100 diagnostic fee for him to use a stick he found in my back yard to turn the fan, he didn't use any tools or meters to diagnose my system. He was at my house for 5-10min. Now it's Friday I found the part and replace the run cap and the motor. All for $450. Ac is working good. On 6-17-2024 I get a quote by email for $497 and also stating that the motor is under warranty. So I call the service department and was told I'm sorry we missed up and now I am doing my due diligence by sending you an updated quote. After I was told my system wasn't under warranty and the terrible tech didn't do his part. And after I spend the money to fix my ac so my babies aren't in a hot house. I ask the manager if there was anything that can be done Soni can recouped what I spent when I didn't need to. I was told nope I should've went with them and spent the $1173 and then I would be getting reimbursed. After being lied to I don't have the confidence that this company would've called me about the mix up or as they called it a miscommunication. This is straight dropping the ball and now don't want to make it right. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND TECHNICIANS.

They performed diagnostic testing on the AC but way overcharged on the part which was the dead capacitor

I requested a second opinion and quote after another valley company said my 8 year old Trane was leaking coolant and need an new evap coil for lots of money. Called Wolfgang's and they had VP Tom Doll promptly responded within one day to offer a second opinion and conduct a full test of the AC unit. After his inspection, he determined the unit was fully functional with no leaks detected and no need for any additional repairs/servicing. Prompt, direct, honest, and true professional! Plus their employees do not work on commissions. From now on, Wolfgang's has earned my future business and I HIGHLY recommend Tom and Wolfgang's for any future AC/heating needs!!!

I have like a heat and air conditioning maintenance agreement with them. So they come out twice a year. They charge an annual fee so they don't charge me for coming out. They are trustworthy and easy to work with. They come out and take care of it. It's simple and not complicated.                                                                             

We were very pleased with all aspects of this project. We were able to get someone out to our house for an estimate quickly and they were able to get the work done within 2 days notice. Everything was handled very efficiently and professionally.

They are dependable and they put on booties when they come into the home. They check the thermostat and the units. They are very thorough.

We were really happy with them when we were using them. We had a problem with it last summer and because summer's are really bad here there is a lot of people calling for services and if we had felt uncomfortable they would have let us go to a motel even something that we could take our pets with us until they could get in and get it fixed. So really a nice service. And they would have paid for it.They take care of the little stuff so that it doesn't become the big stuff you know it's east to repair something that is not a big deal and isn't going to cost that much to repair but if you let it sit it can lead to other problems and they can be very costly so I think that's something that stands out for me.

Incredibly professional. Offered details that no other competitor approached. Knowledgeable in unit performance and options involved. Bid was fair and much less than competitors did. The bid included actual integration of customer interests. To compare the other contractors in this bid other contractors could not even begin to consider owner interest. I was told by other contractions my ideas were crazy. Other contractor bids were unrealistic. Other contractors were not punctual or reliable. Other contractors tried to sell me something I did not want and equipment upon reviews were substandard. I got the height of prof, abject courtesy, good pricing, comfort in reliability in work and an interaction that exemplifies professional and courtesy. I can not stress excellence enough.

Everything went very smoothly.  Three techs showed up on time as promised.  All wore professional uniforms.  Work was completed in 7 hours (estimated at beginning to be 6-9 hours).  All work explained very well.  I was asked to review all work when completed.  All work was very professionally done.  Cleanup was very through.  Zero complaints.  I will have future work done by Wolfgangs H&C.
