WILSON ELECTRIC

Our air conditioner was not working -- on a weekend, and while still very hot here in Arizona. The air conditioning tech said that the unit was not getting power, and we should call an electrician. We called Wilson Electric, and the electrician came right away, even though he had to drive across town (no nearer person from Wilson was on call that weekend). After arrival, it took him about 5 minutes to tell us, and show us how we could be sure of his analysis, that the problem was in the air conditioning unit itself. So, he could not fix it, but could give us what we needed to deal with the air conditioning company. He did not charge us extra for the long drive he had to make, which we appreciated.

I had no problems with him at all. I was referred to him by somebody else. He was good. He cleaned up after himself. I am so lucky to get the right people at the right time.

These guys were wonderful. They did the job properly and repaired what needed to be taken care of with a pleasant attitude. Sometimes they were late, but that's ok. I would recommend them for service.

Called for estimate, appointment scheduled for next morning. Eric arrived on time, gave professional and competitive bid. Got 2 other bids and selected Wilson mainly based on the ease of scheduling and brief discussion with Eric as he evaluated the job. Job was scheduled for the following week, arrived on time, completed neatly with minimal disruption. Provided temporary power for home office work during the job, so overall could not have gone more smoothly.

ALL WORKERS EXCEPT 1 HAVE BEEN GREAT TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE.
