We hadn't been with Alpha Ecological very long but I just wasn't as happy. They didn't seem as thorough and as I was going to change and give another company a try. Before I made that move, I felt like they should have an opportunity to redeem themselves so I didn't follow through on trying another pest control company and I called and I asked to speak with the supervisor for Alpha Ecological because I wasn't happy and that their service hasn't been up to par with what another company have provided for us but I wanted them to have the opportunity to make things correct and they actually step up to the plate. Their services is very good, they're very comprehensive. They did our termites inspections and all of that. They're timely and they do a good job. They took my critical evaluation to heart and made some changes to improve, to take care of it.

I like that they use nontoxic material for pest control. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

They are nationwide but I use their local office in this area. They do a good job and I am very pleased with them. They worked really hard to get rid of the tick problem we had here before we moved and I cannot tell you how terrible it was. They worked really hard to get rid of it and now it is under control. They kept in touch with me and asked me if I have seen any pests or anything. I never had a problem. I moved into an empty house and so there were problems. So they came out and dealt with it. They did an excellent job. They come out whenever I call them if I see something with no extra charge. So I think that's great. One time there was a problem with one person and they terminated that person. They are very quick and they don't take any faults.

They are very dependable. They always call before they come and they are polite and efficient. For general pest control they do fine. They do not seem to do very well with scorpions or the ants I have.

THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ALWAYS ARRIVES EXACTLY AT THE TIME HE STATES HE WILL ARRIVE. HE IS PLEASANT AND LETS ME KNOW IF HE SEES ANY PROBLEM AREAS AROUND OUR HOME.

WE HIRED THE COMPANY TO DO PEST CONTROL SERVICES ON A BI-MONTHLY SERVICE AGREEMENT. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY PROVIDED A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE OF THEIR SERVICES. AFTER THEY APPLIED THEIR PRODUCT WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT UP TO TWO WEEKS BEFORE CONTACTING THEM IF THERE WAS STILL A PROBLEM. AFTER TWO WEEKS WE STILL HAD PROBLEMS WITH ROACHES AND CRICKETS IN THE HOUSE. WE CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND WERE TOLD TO WAIT A WHILE LONGER. THEY NEVER CAME BACK AND RE-APPLIED THEIR PRODUCT. WE CONTACTED THE COMPANY ABOUT THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. OUR CALL WAS TRANSFERRED TO A NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES UNTIL WE FINALLY WERE ABLE TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THERE REALLY WAS NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. SO, WE WERE OUT OUR FIFTY DOLLARS, BUT WERE ALLOWED TO GET OUT OF OUR SERVICE AGREEMENT.

THE COMPANY HAS COMPETITIVE RATES AND DO NOT USE HARSH CHEMICALS; THIS IS GOOD AS THEY SPRAY IN THE KITCHEN. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND ARE QUICK AND EFFICIENT. THE BEST THING IS THAT THE ANTS ARE KEPT AWAY.

THE COST IS PER MONTH. I USUALLY LEAVE A MESSAGE AND GET A CALL THE NEXT DAY.

I AM NOT CONVINCED THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO KILL ANTS. THEY DO KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENTS. THEY ARE RELATIVELY PROFESSIONAL, FOR EXTERMINATORS.
