+ -1 moreWe were never informed that after six months we were expected to pay the difference. As a result, they foreclosed on our home. During the foreclosure process, we placed our home on the market. One month before the auction date, we received an offer on the house. However, this offer wasn't considered valid because Wells Fargo required offers to go through a different system. We lost time while trying to get the offer through the correct channels, but we didn't make it in time and lost the house. Their forbearance program is not to help people struggling. It's to turn a profit. They're taking advantage of people misfortunutes.
Description of Work: Wells Fargo was our mortgage company. We entered their forbearance program when hard times hit. They lowered our monthly payment in half for six months.
