Pool and Spa Servicing

He came out to replace a pool pump, and replaced my pump with a refurbished pump that never ended up working.  I paid him $600 to order a new pump.  He ordered the pump, and when I contacted him about installing it, he said that he would get to it, and that it was ready to go in his garage.  He has never come out to install it, and I have been contacting him everyday now for the last 2 weeks with no response, and it appears his main number has been disconnected.
