Garage door was installed correctly and on time.

The technician arrived at 9 AM and repaired the garage door opener. It took about an hour and he had to replace a major part. The garage door is now working again.

Wayne Dalton was responsive and did good work.

I ended up paying for the service fee of $45 to basically have him try and sell a new door opener. He told me my door was ruined and cannot be repaired. I called another door company and they came out and tuned it up with new rollers to fix the noise. I was dissappointed that this company was not listening to what I had to say about it being repaired. The company that repaired the door said these garage door openers have life expectancies of 20+ years.

They came out and gave me an estimate and within a week installed the door. Did an excellent job and wood use them again

I had a very good experience. They really seemed to know what they are doing. They are specialist in that as they built the original door. The technician was very familiar with the man who built the door. They are very good at customer service, very punctual and they show up when they say they are going to show up. They are on time and clean. They do the job very fast.

We had bought a house that had been less than a year. We were preparing to rent it out until we could move down there. It was a foreclosure house. It was in excellent condition. There were certain things that we did not have information about. We had trouble with the garage doors. We needed garage door openers. We needed the whole thing to be re programmed. My Realtor and handyman recommended a company. My experience with that company was not good. The man actually swore at me. I was appalled. We had a problem with the garage door. It was going up by itself. My Realtor called me to tell me that the next door neighbor had called him to say that the door was open and no one was there. Something was wrong with the programming. They came out but they did not have the right door opener to give me. The guy was there for a few hours. He could not fix it right. He was trying to get every instruction he needed. I called them and told them that it was under warranty and needed it to be fixed. He told me that he was only going there because it was under warranty otherwise he would not have gone back. When I confirmed that it was under warranty, we had an exchange of words. The experience was a disaster from start to finish. I told him that I would not use his services. He charged me over $200. I think he did not know how to do it and he should have told me that upfront. I gave a feedback of the negative experience to the people who recommended him to me. After that I decided to go with Wayne Dalton. That experience was fabulous. It was a pleasure to work with them. They came out. They were wonderful. He scraped all the previous programming in half an hour and reprogrammed it. He had the right kind of door openers. He gave me that free of cost which was a huge deal. We have not had a problem since then. He charged me $90 for the job.

bought my house new in 1998 and they were the company that originally installed the door. Was told they would show up between 9 am 12 noon. Showed up just before noon. Was told it would be $85 just to show up plus $100 for a new torsion spring. They charged me exactly that plus tax. Finished job within 45 minutes. Did a great job. Would use again.

Appointment was scheduled for 9-12am. The rep arrived at 9am sharp and very efficiently serviced the door and opener. The door now operates much more smoothly and is definitely quieter. Very satisfied with the service.

I have no major complaints about them, in the end, the quality of the work was fantastic, but they had to do it again the first time because they miscalculated something. They quickly fixed it. Overall I m pleased. The end result matters and it was good, the price was good and he was professional about it.

Everything was excellent. Easy to make an appointment to my schedule, Repairman arrived on time, very efficient, and detailed. Adjusted all the tensions and greased all the joints. Took the time to explain how to re-grease it myself next time and encouraged me to call again if I have any further problems.

They did very good work and would hire them again.

THIS COMPANY WAS COMPLETE TOP-NOTCH. THE SALESMAN WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK WAS DONE ON-TIME AND COST THE SAME AS THE ESTIMATE. THEY WERE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THEN SOME OF THE OTHER COMPANIES I GOT QUOTES FROM, BUT WELL WORTH IT.

THE TECH WAS VERY QUICK. HE GAVE US POINTERS ON HOW TO CHANGE THE CODES OURSELVES IN THE FUTURE. ON TIME.

THEY SEEMED THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE CUSTOM SIZING OF OUR DOOR AND HOW TO GET REPLACEMENT PARTS. THEY TEMPORARILY FIXED THE DOOR SO IT WOULD REMAIN CLOSED WHILE WAITING FOR THE PARTS. THEIR PRICING AND EXPERIENCE WERE WHY I CHOSE THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE COST EFFECTIVE. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I HIRED THEM TO INSTALL AN OPENER. AT THE TIME, THE MAIN GARAGE DOOR OPENER WAS ACTING UP. THEY INSPECTED THAT OPENER AT THE SAME TIME AND ONLY CHARGED ME PARTS AND NO LABOR SINCE THEY WERE AT MY HOME INSTALLING THE OTHER DOOR. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DID NOT NICKEL AND DIME ME. THE OPENER THEY INSTALLED IS WORKING GREAT WITH NO PROBLEMS.
