How We Got Started I chose to work in this industry because I chose to work in this industry because of a deep-rooted connection to my home state of Arizona, where my journey in painting began. Ten years ago, I painted my first house, marking my entry into this field. I had the privilege of training under one of the industry's finest painters, a mentorship that swiftly elevated me to a crew lead position. My experiences spanned hundreds of projects across the Valley. Following my military service, I channeled this rich background into founding Valor Painting, aiming to be a local industry leader while providing jobs and services to our community.
