I carried in a box of china and Walt asked if he could help me unload my car as I had other boxes. He carried in the boxes, weighed them and quoted me a price which seemed reasonable. He then explained the shipping options and costs. He explained that he would double box and bubble wrap my items and gave me the date of delivery. He was friendly, courteous and professional. This is the third time I've sent items through this UPS store and have been very satisfied. A relative also sent an antique desk and two boxes of china within the year and she was also pleased with the service. An added bonus, AAA discount!
