They do inside and outside, four times a year, quarterly. They call first to set up an appointment that you're due for a treatment. It costs $117 quarterly. They've been always very cordial. I'm lucky because I've talked to other people and they said they didn't like some things. The two people that have done mine, they come back. It's not like you have a different person all the time, which is nice. So they know what your problems are, they know the house, they know where they've set their little sticky traps and stuff. If you've set up something yourself, you hope to have the same person back so they know basically what's going on in your house.

They come quarterly. I pay annually. They are too expensive. They come once a quarter. I could get anyone to do that but I just trusted them because they are really known. The guy who sprays is super nice and trustworthy. The man who comes and sprays is very professional and courteous. He tells me what is going on in the yard.

Other than the billing, which you don’t send out until the service is rendered, for service, punctuality, reliability was good.

Our tech Mark is the best, he comes does what he needs to do and then talks to us and asks if we have any concerns. After that he will treat any concerns again just to ensure its taken care of or if he didn't hit the concerned area he will take care of it. If you see a bug he comes back with in a day or even an hour sometimes to spray again. Mark does a great job, we have no issues!

The prices haven't gone up that much in 40 years.They always call ahead to make appointment to check the house. We have never had a problem. I recommend them.

Truly Nolen is a little pricey, but they are dependable and professional. I’ll continue using their service.

This company does a great job in communicating appointments since we only see then every quarter. They sent a reminder via snail mail 1 week before the appointment and then called to confirm the day before. 
They arrived on time and performed their "Spring" pest control service very quickly. They were efficient yet friendly and made sure I approved anything they did. They asked about any issues and made sure all my questions were answered.

After using a company that didn't show up for appointments, it is great to have a service that arrives on time and is quickly completed.

They have done great job. They are very nice, polite, and professional.  It is the same guy that comes so I have gotten to know him.  We have been able to develop a relationship so he knows what to do and my concerns.

They come out quarterly. We have a contract with them. We contacted them because we had creatures in our attic and I didn't feel any other pest control company could handle it except them. They set up baits and traps and we haven't had the little creatures back and they also sealed up all the openings. That's how we got started with them and subsequent to that they come and check if we have any rodent problem and we haven't had any. They treat us for scorpions, spiders and that kind of stuff because we live in the desert. The only thing that I see are corpses and that is fine. We just pick them up and put them away. We have two dogs as well so it is important that the pest control substance that they use is safe for them. He is very sensitive and he knows my dogs as well. He is always on time. When they say they are going to be here they would be here. They send us little notices to remind us that they would be here and you just can't beat it. I am pleased with them.
