 + -1 moreVery well. Tracey was patient. We changed out parameters toward the end of our search, and she rolled with them without a complaint. As unexpected problems arose, she never complained or ignored them. She addressed things very quickly and competently.
Description of Work: We were moving to Phoenix from out of state. Tracey and Desert Sand Realty was recommended by a friend, who was Tracey's sister. Although it was a buyers' market in Phoenix and there were many homes on the market, it was still difficult to find one that was acceptable to us. The home we ultimately put a bid in on had some unusual issues with it, title problems, some unexpected things in the inspection report, and some issues with timing. Tracey kept on top of all of the issues, called those responsible for those items daily, called or emailed us daily. She provided sage advice that I don't believe we would have received from the vast majority of agents. She anticipated problems and devised a plan to deal with them.
