We had purchased a refrigerator and when the delivery company came to deliver and install it, they broke the water valve behind the refrigerator that connects the water supply to the refrigerator. I had to clean up the mess and contact someone. We were without water and I have two young children who live in my home. The person who broke the valve left and said that the valve was corroded and there was nothing he could do and was not allowed to fix it. We contacted the person who sold us the refrigerator but they were slow to respond. We called the Sunny Plumber who was already scheduled to come out the following week to replace and install our water heater which was leaking and agreed to send someone right away. They had someone at my home in an hour even though I was told that someone might be her in two hours. The technician ordered the parts and replaced the water heater with a top quality water heater. He then replaced the and repaired the valve behind the refrigerator even though he had not been responsible for it breaking. He was extremely thorough and even double checked his work. I would definitely be referring friends to this company.

This company (The Sunny Plumber) used to be an ARS Roto Rooter franchise, and I think they have some affiliation with GOETTL HVAC.
Anyway, we USED to have a relationship with them, but no longer. They did a and quot;complementaryand quot; video analysis of our pipes and discovered an allegedly massive problem with our main line going out the house. Apparently this was going to require $2500 to clean out, and another $4000 or so to do the repairs. The problem was a separation between two clay sections of pipe.
The entire thing felt fishy and curious, but they did a great job of injecting fear into the conversation. Lots of doomsday scenarios that I'm sure make you want to just write a check to make the problem go away.
I thanked them and hired another company (via Angie's List) to do their own video inspection.
Without telling them what the and quot;issueand quot; was, they examined 80ft of our main line. Lo and behold, they didn't see any significant issues. In fact, the technician said and quot;It looks great. I wouldn't do anything. If this was my house, I'd be fine with it.and quot; He did find a small section of 2 clay pipes that MIGHT be an issue, but he said it wasn't anything to worry about. When I asked for a quote to have it repaired, he said and quot;Shouldn't be much more than $1000 in a worst case scenario. Probably around $800.and quot;

These guys were excellent. We live in Tucson and they are just starting to provide service in our city. They were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and there was no pressure to purchase service that was not needed. They came prepared to use a camera, but found that this was not the most efficient way to ameliorate the problem with our drains. We would ask these guys to come back for any plumbing service. They were very competent and trustworthy, and the price was very reasonable for the hard work that they had to do on our old pipes.

Sunny Plumber snaked every drain in my house to the tune of $6000.  I was hesitant to have them do this, but they presented good arguments for doing so.  The problem came when they wanted to replace every shut-off valve in my home at $245 per valve!  This came to a huge total, so they said they would do it for nearly half that price.  The total still came to nearly $6000 again!  I told them to hold off. I  called two other plumbers who both quoted $35-$40 per valve.  I had one come to the house to do the work.  He said they were fine and didn't need to be replaced!  I felt completely scammed by Sunny Plumber and just want others to be aware!
