Tessa created drawings that showed our patio and setbacks, talked with the Tempe City Planner, applied for our permits, and was there (in 1/2 hour notice) for the inspection (which was easily successful). She works for herself and is not part of a huge corporation, which I prefer. She is very easy to get ahold of and is prompt about completing the work, returning calls, etc. She also gave me a proposal for another job that involves extending my garage and creating a front patio, which is still in the planning phase. I was impressed with Tessa's knowledge of all the zoning/setback information. She was easily able to provide information about what I could and couldn't do and had many ideas on good ways to complete the job.
