University Dr, has our Repair, Rental and Sales Departments is open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm. Our lab, the TCR Photo Imaging Center, is at 530 W. University Dr and is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, closed on Sat. Both buildings are closed on Sunday

The piece on which I put the digital card had a broken pin and needed to be replaced. I also purchased a new rechargeable battery for the same digital camera. The repair was done promptly.

There isn't really a story beyond the lens filter needed to be removed and they did on the spot and I was on my way.

They coordinated the whole thing, from evaluation to packaging and shipping. It was an excellent service experience. They gave me a correct estimate for the time that it would take to be repaired.

I have used them a few times and they have been excellent. They are not too expensive. They are knowledgeable, have good customer service, the place is clean and they have good prices. It is a decent service for the price that they charge. They general see me right away.

We own a 3 storey camera shop. We have been using them for years and years. We have several high definition cameras for our business. My husband really likes them. They are very good. They know what they are doing and they have a good customer service. I think that they are on University in Tempe. We just walk in and wait for the turn, when they are with us, they are with us. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

I had difficulty setting the focus points on my Nikon D300S. The young man at the counter that examined my camera also had a bit of difficulty with it, but didn't quit until he resolved the issue. I really appreciated his time, patience, and the pointers he gave me to avoid having this problem in the future. Since there was actually no "repair" I was not charged. Thank you, Tempe Camera!

It is very easy to reserve the equipment. The rates and rental agreement are explained in detail by the staff. The equipment comes carefully packed in custom cases. Instructions are included and if you need something explained they are glad to do it.
