Bought my first "good" camera and lenses here and had phenomenal customer service from Cathy in sales. I also rented first which was a great experience.

Love love love this place. It is a place that is a treasure to anyone getting into photography or has been practicing photography for years. I went in to get a diagnostic on a jammed camera lens and was told it would have to be sent back to the manufacturer BUT they had a used lens for sale on deck. After speaking with Guy, I learned so many new tips, tricks and advice in that 30 minute visit then I have my hours of research online. Thank you for your help and I look forward to joining some courses in the future!

I'm grateful they were able to print from a 25 year old 35 mm film neg. I'm going back for a high res scan and large print.

They were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. It was an expensive lens that was just too much to fix. They offered me a small amount to use it for parts and I agreed.

We always buy our camera lenses, cards, and accessories from here. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful! Just bought a huge HD camera card for $30 cheaper than we found it online!

The piece on which I put the digital card had a broken pin and needed to be replaced. I also purchased a new rechargeable battery for the same digital camera. The repair was done promptly.

I brought in my favorite small digital camera ... the viewscreen was showing a pink image. The lady at the first floor repair counter worked on it for almost 10 minutes but couldn't figure out why the image was pink. She sent me upstairs to have someone else work on it. That gentleman also worked on it for at least 5 minutes ... he determined that the camera was simply dying and couldn't be repaired. so sad ... but at least they tried and they did not charge me for trying. Apparently, cameras these days don't last forever ... the lcd screens stop functioning properly and cannot be replaced.

There isn't really a story beyond the lens filter needed to be removed and they did on the spot and I was on my way.

They coordinated the whole thing, from evaluation to packaging and shipping. It was an excellent service experience. They gave me a correct estimate for the time that it would take to be repaired.

They were very knowledgable about everything camera related. You can tell that they really care about their work. I have no complaints and would use them again!

We own a 3 storey camera shop. We have been using them for years and years. We have several high definition cameras for our business. My husband really likes them. They are very good. They know what they are doing and they have a good customer service. I think that they are on University in Tempe. We just walk in and wait for the turn, when they are with us, they are with us. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

I had difficulty setting the focus points on my Nikon D300S. The young man at the counter that examined my camera also had a bit of difficulty with it, but didn't quit until he resolved the issue. I really appreciated his time, patience, and the pointers he gave me to avoid having this problem in the future. Since there was actually no "repair" I was not charged. Thank you, Tempe Camera!

It is very easy to reserve the equipment. The rates and rental agreement are explained in detail by the staff. The equipment comes carefully packed in custom cases. Instructions are included and if you need something explained they are glad to do it.

THEY HAD A HARD TO FIND PART ON HAND AND FIXED MY CAMERA WITHIN A FEW DAYS.
