Studio ADT

We recently moved into a new home, and we are creating a home theatre. We wanted to find original movie posters and have them framed in lighted frames, just like a real movie theatre. We visited the Studio ADT location at 1825 E Guadalupe Rd #101. The store had a wide selection of movie posters, and the owner Tony was there to help us out, and said if we didn't see what we wanted, he would help us locate and would order them. We were looking for specific posters, so we did order them. The team at Studio ADT did an amazing job of framing the posters, and putting them into beautiful lighted frames. The quality is amazing, and our theatre room looks outstanding! I would highly recommend Studio ADT to anyone. It took them a few weeks. They did have a problem with one of their vendors supplying the board. A couple of the times the board came in, it was cracked. However, it was not their fault and only the venders fault. After the mounting, it came unglued from the wall. The frame was only trimmed on three sides and it was coming unglued on the side that was not trimmed. The owner gladly came back out for the repair. They were very easy to work with. I am very happy with their follow up.

Tony (owner) and his assistant, June went out of their way to provide professional, fast service. These stretcher bars were so large that I needed to rent a uhaul trailer to deliver them to the frame shop. I also delivered the canvas (purchased via Jerry's Artarama online) at the same time. The canvas was still wrapped in it's shipping container. June began work at once and discovered the canvas was rotted with mold. June and Tony began looking for solutions, making phone calls for other canvas suppliers. They also encouraged me and cheered me on as I used their office phone to contact Jerry's Artarama to negotiate another canvas. (they obliged after I was transferred to a higher authority within the company). Two weeks later my new canvas arrived. I delivered it to ADT Studio that day. Within two business days the large canvases were ready for pick up. The canvases were beautifully done. I would use them again.
