.Sewall Sachs, the owner, called me the afternoon he received my call to let me know he would be at my home within an hour and showed up as promised. Upon his examination, he determined that he could not fix the problem in a permanent fashion as the problem would need to be addressed by a canvas shop and resewn together. He then provided me with a possible contact and did not charge me anything for his trip. I felt Sewall went beyond what I expected in being honest and upfront in his evaluation of my problem. If I need a need auto glass work I will call Sewall.
