Picked out radio I wanted. A slight misunderstanding had the wrong radio installed. No worry since the right one was put in the very next day. Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Management is flexible and will easily work with any buyer to everyone's satisfaction. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

DESPITE BEING A HIGH-END AUDIO PLACE, THEY HAD TO INSTALL A SIMPLE SWITCH FOR A $50 COST. THE JOB TOOK MORE THAN 2 DAYS. THEY WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK WITHOUT REPLACING PARTS THAT THEY HAD DAMAGED WITH USED PARTS. ALTHOUGH THEY COMPLETELY REFUNDED MY MONEY AND OFFERED TO LOAN ME THE MANAGER'S CAR, THIS 3 HOUR JOB TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS AND IS STILL NOT RIGHT. THEY REMAINED PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS DESPITE NOT BEING ABLE TO DO A SATISFACTORY JOB.
Description of Work: They installed a kill switch and fixed stereo speakers.
