Our home came with a small solar system installed by builder of our home. We expressed interest in expanding this system and were put in contact with our community sales rep. In the course of exploring our options our Rep Tai Navares seems to have switch to working for Solar Topps. As a result we received what I have found to be a very competitive bid for 35 panel solar array manufactured by Sun Power.
When installation day came the project manager altered the design as was formulated by I believe our sales rep. I was told it would increase solar production and avoid possible conflict with some fast going trees. Plus is leaves me with room to do more panels in the future.
During the install I was told there were a few vents that had not been flashed by the builder and they took care of these.
Fast forward to March of 2013 and my solar panels have become prime real estate for pigeons. I had to have someone come out to screen off my panels. When they came out to do this I was informed of approximately 30 tiles that had been broken during the solar installation.
After several months of going around with Solar Topps they finally came out to repair the broken tiles. While it was pain to get them out to make the repairs I was extremely pleased with the crew that came out and made the repairs. They answered my questions, were polite, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
Even with the growing pains we experienced I would gladly recommend Solar Topps and have done so to neighbors and coworkers.
