Jeff was easy to reach and prompt in his appointment. In cleaning the carpets, he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He has been cleaning carpets for over 30 years. He also offered advice for the future cleaning of my draperies.

WOW! My carpets look brand new. Jeff is the epitome of professional. He arrived on time, and set about prepping my house for cleaning. I greatly appreciated that he used bumpers to guard the corners of the house from the hoses so they would not leave marks on the walls. We have a three story home so there were a lot of stairs and that can really raise the cost, but I felt we got a great bargain price without compromising the level of service. I had a few pet urine spots that I was concerned about, but even those areas are pristinely beautiful after Jeff finished. He was very thorough with his cleaning efforts while being careful of my home. I will definitely highly recommend Shine Carpet & Upholstery Care to all my friends, family and neighbors.

TOOK HIS TIME TO GET THE SPOTS OUT AND THE CARPET LOOKED LIKE NEW WHEN HE WAS DONE. PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. ON TIME AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB.

JEFF MOVES ALL THE FURNITURE AND THE CARPET ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE NEW WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE. HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND CALLS IF HE IS GOING TO BE A FEW MINUTES LATE.
