No my AC is not working and when I brought in a reputable company, they told me that the wiring had been done incorrectly and that had caused the melting of wires and the compressor. Well, when I tried to call the company number the phone number has been disconnected and Victor Valli doesn't respond to calls on his mobile phone.
Do not do business with Victor Valli or Service Star. If my situation gets rectified, I will let the users of Angie's List know but you absolutely should stay away from both Victor Valli and Service Star.
Tech offered to bring out tank when coming to do an estimate, in case we wished to proceed. We did, and they installed with no muss/no fuss. We chose some upgrades to tank, which drove up the price. However, all was explained including features and price, and agreed-to in advance.
We signed up for annual service package on HVAC with them at same time, and today a different tech came to service Heat pump. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. He adjusted defrost cycle delay time as requested.
Overall highly recommend Service Star based on our experience with two different techs ( Vic and Tom).

damage and water leaking. At 10am Luis from Service Star knocked on our door. A half hour early. Luis went to check the A/C and found no problem with it. While he was upstairs he went into our spare bedrooms bathroom and found that the toilet tank had cracked. Luis was able to go and get a replacement and was complete this job by 12:30pm. I would recommend Luis
and Service Star to anyone.
