Seal Out Scorpions

Very professional folks. Expensive but satisfied, I suppose you get what you pay for. Make sure you follow their plan for spraying pesticide for the best results. I spray every two months, and have only found two living scorpions in my house in the past year. That is down from perhaps 15 or 20.

EXCELLENT customer service all the way from the front office to the guys on the ground doing the work. We were moving into a new house. Found scorpions inside during the inspection. With new baby due soon after close date, we were ready to walk away from home worried about safety. I worked with Georgia to understand their process and how to control post sealing. She answered every question, THOROUGHLY, and also even helped me review other products / options in this space. Wasn't anything they didn't already know about and reviewed. They are without a doubt, the best customer service out of anyone I talked to. AND Georgia fit me into their schedule so the work could be completed before we moved in. Even the guys on the ground doing the work, were excellent and personable. They showed up before I did in the morning. Yes, their price is higher than most others, but customer service, knowledge, and quality of work easily pushed me to hire them.

They were very professional and worked the entire day. It is a process but I feel better about seeing any in the house. Time will determine but so far so good.

They are very high end -- expensive but worth the money! They have great customer service and are very high quality. They offer full interior and exterior sealing of the home, and that comes with a maintenance package for service throughout the year as well.

We love this company. We moved to AZ 2 years ago and had Seal Out Scorpions seal our home in San Tan Valley. When we moved in we had 20+ scorpion sin the first 3 weeks. I was ready to sell the house. We called Seal Out Scorpions and in the 2 years after, we found ONE. And it was sitting exactly where a package had been brought into the house. When we moved to Gilbert, we called them to seal the house before we moved in. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who has no tolerance for scorpions! Georgia and her crew are wonderful, understanding and informative. They set you up with the knowledge of how to manage scorpions outside the house too. Worth every single penny!!

The service was excellent and everything I had hoped for.  Mike was great !  They were respectful of the house and very professional.  Mike walked me around to educate me on our landscaping and how it would affect scorpions.  He explained what they would be doing and the projects they use.   He let me know I could contact them for any follow up questions or concerns. I feel safer and like I have a better handle on how to protect my home against scorpions.  I could not recommend a better company than this one if you are having issues with scorpions in your home.  It is nice to have a professional understand your fears and not dismiss them.

I wanted all the information available to me from them about scorpions.. they had a wealth of information available to me. They worked with me to get a plan on how to tackle our scorpion problem from the inside out. They walked our home on the outside and educated us on how we should have our pest control done properly.. and walked the entire inside of our home mentioning potential problem areas prior to sealing. The sealing took over 4 hours and they were super thorough. As mentioned while they were out.. you may still see a scorpion or two that were in the walls and find the way inside. I called Georgia and she immediately scheduled another tech to come out and seal around the areas where we had seen the perpetrators. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciate them responding to my frantic calls and emails when I see one in my home where my munchkins were previously playing. They are a class act and worthy of every penny you spend.

This is a service that I knew nothing about until I searched "scorpions" on Angie's List. They are NOT a pest control or extermination company. The reviews were all right on target. From the moment I called Georgia to discuss my scorpion problem and learn more about Seal Out Scorpions' approach, I felt like they really knew what they were doing. I also thought that for a small, family-owned business, they seemed very professional and well-run, and believe strongly in the effectiveness of their approach. They also place a high value on education, customer service, professionalism and thorough work.
Mike and his experienced team arrived on time and spent approximately 5 hours on my 1450 sq ft condo. They sealed everything everywhere (ceiling fans, baseboards, outlets, etc) with materials that were not at all noticeable. They replaced weather stripping on several doors. They got behind washers, dryers, refrigerators, desks, etc. to find all areas to be sealed. They told me what they were doing and why. They got on ladders to reach fans on my 15 ft. ceilings. And they were courteous, informative, and very obviously experienced. They also spent time sharing things that I could do on an ongoing basis to make my exterior areas less appealing to scorpions.
It was also good to know that they would come back if I needed anything, or if seals were broken due to repairs, remodeling, etc. I feel really good about their service and wish I would have known about this sooner.
I did not get quotes from anyone else so I can't speak to their price competitiveness. They were so impressive from start to finish, so I was happy to pay what I paid.

We have had problems with scorpions for years at our house and have not been successful in getting rid of them. I would find new ones on my "sticky" pads everyday and it is just not right to be fearful in your own home. After a friend at work referred me to this company, I called and spoke to Georgia. She was WONDERFUL!! Finally someone that understood what I was talking about and had a solution. She explained that they were a family owned business and was very knowledgeable about scorpions and how to control them.. They came out and sealed my entire house and explained some procedures to me, and ever since, I have not seen a scorpion on my "sticky" pads. There is no reason to live with scorpions like I did for years....

The technician showed up promptly on the day of the appointment and immediately began work on my house, and explained what he was sealing while he was doing it so I could understand the points in my home where scorpions could make their way inside. They get in through the walls, doorways, anywhere there is a pipe, vent, etc that meets a wall, they can worm there way in through that opening in the wall (not through the actual pipes or vents). He also pointed out the weak spot in my home that they couldn't fix - pocket doors that slide into the wall. There is no way to block this unless you take them out/close it off. But he did provide me with a solution to keep them from making it too far out of the opening where they doors slide in - Best Yet! Spray and sticky pads. It took a few hours to get to everything, but they were thorough. He was honest about the fact that now that the indoors were sealed, any scorpions that were already in the house would probably stay there for several months until they die, or I kill one. They set up a time to come back out and do the outside. This appointment was also prompt and well done.
I lived in the condo for most of the year following that first sealing and only saw 3 scorpions during that time (versus 20+ a year) - all of them came out of the pocket door that the company had no control over. Also, with the information they provided me about pest control products to use outdoors, and the safe ones for indoors - I saw considerably less activity outside too. While I don't live in that condo anymore - it's not because I was worried about the scorpions! Just was time to move on. If I ever encounter the scorpions again in my home, I will be calling Seal Out Scorpions.

These guys give awesome customer support and they know their stuff.
We had quite a high level of scorpions and I had been spraying around the house with limited success. With a new grandchild now arrived who regularly comes over, I was "directed" to come up with a solution. Coincidentally I was given this company as a reference by a co-worker who has a rental in Chandler (with a large number of scorpions) and the renters had been freaking out, also my next door neighbors had two young kids and had gone to this company to resolve their issues. Both are very happy with this company
Anyways they have a very sophisticated package / program which takes several months to implement. This involves a mix of education, inside sealing, external sealing, and chemical spraying etc. etc. They also have a calendar which tells you when to spray etc. . Did you know that scorpion levels are highly correlated to moon phases?
Anyways - the program costs a bit of money, but in this case you certainly get what you pay for and as I said the service is outstanding. An example is they sealed the trap doors during the internal house seal (which took ~ 6 hours for my house), but they were very happy to come back around and do some re-sealing after we had some other workers do work on our roof space.
As Georgia will tell you it's not an over night fix to get rid of the scorpions - the program can take several weeks or months depending upon what time of the year it is. Having said that since these guys did their work we have only seen one scorpion in the last 4 - 6 months and I must admit the program created a little complacency on my part since there have been so few scorpions around I am not spraying as frequently as I am supposed to.
a or BThese guys seem to be pretty busy - so it may take a week or so to schedule you in. However getting rid of scorpions is not something you can do in a week - it's a many months long program; so if your going to do it correctly - go with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

SOS did perform the service as promised, but did not follow up as discussed until we made a few calls to them. The follow up was completed in the end though, and we are happy. For the peace of mind, despite the cost, we would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
