Rob and his crew did an excellent job in replacing my rooftop hvac unit. There were very professional in coordinating crane usage to replace old unit with new Trane unit on roof, sealing all new duct connections, replacing redwood supports on roof, making all electrical connections on new unit, disposing old unit, and leaving a very clean work area. I highly recommend Schiller Heating & Cooling.

The technician, Tony, was very prompt and knowledgeable. He checked both of our home A/C units and found a few minor issues. I was only charged for the service call plus the additional coolant. He explained what he was doing and why, but wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Good investment to get our units running efficiently for the summer. Thanks!

This seems to be a very honest company (I called them for the first time based on good references). They checked out my heat pump and reported that everything was okay. They added a small amount of coolant and did not charge to do it (slightly low). They did not try to sell me extra items as most HVAC contractors do. That is a big plus to me. Most service reps get a commission for selling things you don't necessarily need, at high prices. I highly rate this company for great integrity!!!!

We got three estimates, and Schiller gave us the best price. They also gave a clear explanation of the different choices to be made and of the work to be done. The installation was done very efficiently.

They do the general AC maintenance on both our home and rental property.

They checked the compressor and the coils. Once a year they clean off the coils.

They did an excellent job. They called and let me know how the AC performed in the house. They emailed me invoices. They were punctual and had it done on time -- I was in the 10-day inspection period to close. I asked them about a maintenance program and then signed up for it. I also listed my other two rental homes with them.

They fixed it well and came out right away.

The tech was very timely and quick in diagnosing the issue and getting it fixed. The price for the service was much more reasonable than the last contractor I had out for the same issue.

Called several others companies that couldn't make it out today. These guys were able to get to my house in 30 minutes and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem in each unit. Very professional and responsive. Had us cooling off in no time. Highly recommend these guys.

Shiller's price was below the other vendor and it was for a better product. They arrived per agreement and installed the unit in one day and promised. They clean up and left no mess or dirt. The unit has work flawlessly since install and I have finally figured out the programmable thermostat. They offered a couple times to come by and train me but I declined and feel I have it mastered.

Easy to schedule and arrived in the scheduled window of time. They called ahead to tell me when the technician was on the way. I switched my maintenance to Schiller after getting multiple quotes on a new A/C system this winter and finding them to be the most competitive in terms of pricing. Great people at Schiller.

He was very responsive to our phone call and checked out the air conditioner quickly. He determined that it could not be repaired. An estimate was received and approved by us. The rental home had an old gas pack but he was able to fit it to existing fittings and installed it on our roof in one day. While he was on the roof he noticed severe wind damage and then went above and beyond by connecting us with a very reliable roof repair company.

We really like him. They have like a spring tune up special. They've always been here when they say they will be here. The punctuality is very good. The only thing they told us was we need a new unit.
