Ryland built my new home. I had never had a home built before, so I really didn't know what to expect. I was exceptionally concerned about the cost of the home and making sure I didn't go overboard with the options. They provided me with a complete list of the choices and the prices to study, before making the final decisions. When I made my final selections, the price was within $200 of my estimate. I didn't realize that other builders, do not do that. I recently purchased from a different builder, no price lists were provided, so you couldn't easily evaluate your options and make level headed decisions. Ryland also did a very good job of explaining each step of the process and which decisions needed to be made at what time. I never felt rushed or pressured to spend more money. The representatives were also very helpful about explaining which options were easier to do as part of the build, vs waiting and doing the work yourself. Home is done and I love it!

RYLAND HOMES WAS VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES WITH THE MOST VALUE FOR OUR MONEY. THEY ESTIMATED OUR MOVE IN 4-6 MONTHS AND WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE IN IN 4 MONTHS TO THE DATE. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE HOME CENTER AND MORTGAGE DIVISIONS WERE VERY HELPFUL TOO.

I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME IN FINISHING MY HOME. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEMS I HAD, IN A TIMELY MANNER AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
