The vehicle was taken in for repairs on a hot August summer day. Upon returning, the mechanic conveyed that there was no refrigerant in the AC system and some oil leaks. It was made aware to him that wasn't true and that the AC was working when the vehicle was drivin into their shop. (Could anyone be mistaken about whether or not their AC works in July?)
Taking the vehicle home and having a certification in AC, it was very quickly discovered that a hose had been ground down and then punctured in a place where it could not be seen by the untrained eye. Also, the place where the abasion occurred rested on a large smooth area of the fan shroud. I am not implying any wrong doing on Ronnie's part, draw your own conclussion.
