Everyone there, from Rebecca who answers the phone to Taylor to Dan to Glenn who first came out, are all super professional and polite, on time, do what they say and install a quality product. It is expensive as people say but if you install an alarm system it costs a couple thousand a year to maintain and won't stop people from getting in as these do, and these will last a long time. They also block sound/sun/keep temperatures even in house. Super well made. LOVE this company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!

Great job installing and installer even called me about water leak in bathroom. Highly recommend this company with all aspects from scheduling, communication and quality of service. Will use again without a doubt.

Roll-A-Shield's professionalism, quality of work, and value was nothing short of phenomenal! It took more than one visit because the plantation shutters inside the bedroom had to be modified to accommodate the manual crank. In each case Roll-A-Shield arrived when scheduled; their staff were pleasant, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They worked with my other contractors to determine and implement the best possible solution for the installation of the manual crank, even though I know this took them longer than it would have to just and quot;drill a hole in the walland quot;. It was obvious that they cared about the final product, and were willing to invest the time to and quot;do it rightand quot;, not just to and quot;do it quicklyand quot;.
I would enthusiastically recommend Roll-A-Shield; the quality of their service can't be beat.

I was very impressed with this company. They are professional and always showed up exactly when they said they would. The quality of the Roll-A-Shield is excellent. I have one unit over a small window with a hand-pull device and it is very easy to use. The other is over a patio french door and is on an electrical swith that is very nice to use.
I am planning to order more in the future. They are wonderful as a security feature and when they are retracted they are not visible and the colors easily match the house.
I would highly recommend them for people who want added security or to block the blazing sun of Arizona. Wonderful company to work with!

The replied promptly to an inquiry. Very professional estimator followed up by an installation preview before they manufactured. All appointments including the actual installation were right on time. The Roll a shield was the ideal solution. Incredible quality and very professional. If I wanted to do more windows, I would use them...but quality comes at a price. Their solutions are quite expensive

This motorized screen was stuck midway down. Although this unit is quite old, the compnay did not try to "upsell" any unnecessary services......just got it working again, which is all we wanted at this time.

Very well; the workmen arrived and completed the job in a few hours; they demonstrated its use and reminded me to call if concerns since work and the product itself is under warranty. Coincidentally, in July the device stopped working, and seemed stuck. The company had their employee come out and replaced the entire device. It was an unusual occurrence and they were very effective and prompt in managing the issue.

They gave me a nice quote. Theirs was the lowest quote and the best quality. They were very friendly and didn’t have any inexperienced people. They did a fabulous job, and I have no complaints whatsoever. He had not called and disturbed me over the phone afterwards; instead he had given me his card saying that I could call him.

The salesman was knowledgeable and patient with my questions about the system. He gave me names of others in my neighborhood for whom Roll a Shields were installed. Made trip to my home after a couple of weeks of my considering proposals from others for me to sign the contract. Installer came out to measure the space. Installers arrived first thing in the morning to install. All parties were very professional.

The materials were just as ordered. Andy was friendly, courteous and completely professional, as were all the Roll-a-Shield employees we had contact with. We couldn't have asked for a better business interaction.

Great experience. This is my second time using Roll-a-Shield and I am consistently pleased. The estimator, Roby Culley, is very professional and knowledgeable. He's been in the business for years. The installers do a great job and put the controls wherever you want them. (I put them up high so my kids don't play with them.) The roll-a-shields provide great security, they keep the room dark for a home movie room or kids napping room and, they keep the house cooler from the sun.
