The job has been done right...the first time...everytime. I have to many stories for one review, however, time and performance is a true test. Six cars since 1996 from minor oil changes to major mechanical...all ended with a good experience.

They are excellent. I don't have to bring my car back once they fix it. I don't go anywhere else. I would use them in the future.

They are convenient. Prices are good. I have no complaints about them, and neither do the people I know who use them. They fix what you want them to. They don't charge you extra or try to get you to let them do something to your car that doesn't need to be done. Generally the vehicle is in and out in one day.

The day prior to the service, I had called to ask for an appointment and if they could take me less than a mile away to a large shopping area where I could spend time with my 3 yr old son. They agreed. Then when I arrived, the person there acted clueless about this arrangement. So my little boy and I spent 1 1/2 hours hanging out in the very dirty waiting area and also walked to a fairly close furniture gallery just to have something to do. It was back in September and the temp outside was still in the 100s. The men there did not communicate with me why it was taking so long or what was actually wrong with my mini-van. I had to ask directly and was told they were waiting on a part. It actually took less than 10 minutes for the service portion.
