Renewal by Andersen of Phoenix

I waited a few months to see the effects of the Renewal by Anderson Windows. I used to have sun screens on my home. I wish I still did. They did a much better job of keeping the temperature down in the house than these windows do. They look nice, but for the ridiculous price, they are not worth it at all. Save your money. My office use to be cool with the screens. Now it is 8 degrees higher than it used to be with the screens. By the way, if you were planning on using sunscreens with these windows, you can’t – voids the warranty. So gave mine away. Now about this company. First, I need to say the installers Josh, Matt, and their teams, and the salesman, Ed, were very good to deal with, although I was oversold and way overpriced. The rest of the organization was poor. I had my original installation date on July 5th. They were supposed to complete the job that day. Through no fault of mine, strictly their poor planning, it wasn’t completed. It should have been completed the next day, right. Nope. They said that because of their schedule that could not tell me when it would be done. It took 4 phone calls for me to find someone that could give me a date – December – 5 months later. After I told them that wasn’t acceptable, that same day they amazingly called to say they had a cancellation and could do it August 25th – still 7 weeks later, but that it was likely that it would be done sooner than that. Nope – August 25th. It cost me $40,000 to do my entire home (about 1700 square feet). I strongly do not recommend this company.

Fantastic...I worked in the construction field my whole career. These guys were the most professional and talented crew I had seen in a long time. It is hard to believe they installed 20 windows and a slider in less than 8 hours. When they were finished the house and yard looked as if no one had worked there all day. Unbelievable...

Excellent. Demonstration of their product compared to others was informative and very thorough. There is no other company that comes close to the quality and professionalism of them. Products don’t come cheap, but you do get what you pay for. No middleman. They service the customer from A to Z.

Totally professional group of installers. The clean up afterwards had my wife smiling.

We had used Anderson in a previous residence & knew we would get a quality product & service. They did not disappoint. Anderson tends to be a little pricier than other windows available, but we think worth the money. The team completed the work & cleaned up everything in one day. Well done.

That was excellent. They did a great job there on a expensive line of glass but they are beautiful glass. They are just more expensive. They did a beautiful job and they worked well. They are really good.

Roger came to the house and spent almost 2 hours going over process, suggestions, stains, style, and all details.  He was very friendly, helpful and great to work with.  Really appreciated his expertise.  The French doors were to be installed into a brick wall that had a small window.  This is a 1934 house with lots of quirky issues, but Renewal by Anderson did a fantastic job keeping with the style of the house.  The workmanship is very high quality, colors match perfectly, and the doors look like they have always been part of the house.  The guys that came to work on it were absolutely great.  When a problem came up with an unknown electrical wire running through the wall, they quickly called an electrician who arrived within a few minutes and fixed it to perfection.  I was extremely happy with the finished product and am very glad I called Renewal by Anderson.  There were two downsides - one, it was more expensive than I expected; and two, it took longer between ordering and installation than I would have liked.  However, after seeing how beautiful the doors look, those two issues have quickly faded, and I am extremely happy with my French doors.

It turned out very well. They have a good product. The guys who installed did a very good job. They left the place clean. They came in when they said they would. They were kind of pricey but the product was really good.

The install went smoothly.  It took about 6 hours.  The crew arrived a little after a 8am in a 7am-9am  estimated time frame.  The crew was very courteous and professional.  My only complaint is really minor.  There was some debris that I had to clean up after they left. Nothing major but something I had to do.
Overall, I very pleased with my experience with Anderson will use them again. I'm  really pleased with the windows.  Now that the weather is hot again, the windows make a  real difference in the amount of heat in the house.

It was absolutely a great experience!  On the day of the install, five workers showed up on time and began to work immediately.  The work began at 7:00 a.m. and all windows and door were replaced by 3:00 p.m.  The workers were punctual and very professional.  They also cleaned up after themselves and made sure all window were working before they left.
Renewal's customer service is exception as is their product.  Questions and concerns were handled efficiently and professionally.  What a joy to work with!

I would highly recommend them to anyone for window and door replacement.  Service and Quality beyond comparison.  Everyone I was in contact with exceeded my expectations at every level.

Sales people were fine, but best price required cash up front, which we paid. The windows and doors were measured, ordered and scheduled for installation three months later. However, they were late and when finally installed, the largest door had the hardware on the wrong side. So a new door was ordered and that took another month. Eventually we received a small rebate, which took many calls to many people (they claimed it was lost in the mail twice. The final product is very nice and the installation crew was great.

The entire experience went very well and the product is every bit of what we had expected. The installation was probably the most impressive aspect. twenty-some windows replaced in a day and a half. The product is beautiful, extremely functional, effiecient and best of all silent.

The presentation of price and scope was outstanding delivered in a clearly presented proposal.  The crew arrived prepared to work and changed windows and patio doors replacing original builder quality single pane windows with double pane, low emissivity glass.  Several windows were arch shaped.  Measures were taken and the replacements fit perfectly.
