I began looking for a new home back in August 2013. Given my past situation, I did not believe being a homeowner was a possibility. I spoke with Glenn, gave him my backstory, and he encouraged me to contact a Lender and see if I could qualify. Once I was prequalified, Glenn and/or his office staff set up a "search" for me with my criteria. Once I would see a home that interested me, I would contact him and his office staff would make arrangements for me to see the property. Glenn would show me the property, ask me about likes and dislikes and then he helped me make the decision to make an offer. Once the offer was accepted, there has been constant communication as to what to expect. There have been no surprises.
