Ready Roll Offs

Fast & honest service. We ordered a roll off dumpster and got it the next day, picked up super quickly which was great. Our company will always use waste disposal! All aces here guys

Use this company at your own risk. We rented a dumpster on Friday to be delivered between 8-12 (this is the timeline the company advertises on the website for morning drop off). I would have liked a Sunday drop off but none was available. I did make a note in my order that I needed the dumpster as soon as possible on Monday and Nate replied back that they couldn't make any guarantees but would do the best he could. I was fine with that. My construction started Monday but the contractor knew we wouldn't have the dumpster until probably noon and was willing to work with that. On Monday around 11:30 we hadn't heard anything and I started to get nervous so I called Nate. It was at this point that I was informed he was running about 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. I calmly let him know this was not acceptable and I was very clear o needed the bin by noon at the latest. Nate said he would see what he could do. At 1 still no bin so I called back and was told he was still working on it. At 1:30 Nate called me and said his guy was in Mesa and I was next. At 2 the bin guy called and said he was on his way... At 2:45 the bin arrived. Since it was 2 1/2 hours late, I then had to pay my workers extra to sit and wait for it cause o can't load the bin myself. When I called Nate today to have the bin removed and to see what could be done to compensate for his companies error he. Basically told me to bad so sad you should have had the bin delivered a day before. I 100% accept responsibility for not ordering the bin until the last minute (we didn't know we would need to until Friday) and for compensating my workers to stay until noon but ready roll off refuses to accept any responsibility for the bin being 2 1/2 hours late and when questioned put it all on me. That is pretty poor customer service in my opinion. I will not be using them again nor will my designer, contractor, cabinet installer, countertop installer or floor installer. Not once did I ever get an I'm sorry. It was 100% pass the blame. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable company. Update: this company actually had the audacity to call me and tell me I had owed an additional $36 for going over the weight limit. I was less than calm this time. This company is redo lupus. The dumpster was not close to full and when I asked for proof Steven said he would have to check with his boss to see if they could release that to me.... Umm ok take your time but I'm not paying you anything without proof cause your word is dirt. Worst company ever. My basic feeling from them was I'm not a contractor so I'm not likely to be a return customer so they do t really care about my business. Edit: I would like to note that Nate did contact me yesterday after reading my review and tried to make or right. He waived the overage fee and offered a discount (which I turned down) but I am thankful for the apology.
