Polaris Restoration and Roofing

I received a call from my son that upon his arrival home from school that the downstairs level of our house had flooded. I immediately rushed home from work to discover that water had entered through the walk out french doors, due to an irrigation pipe being left open (not sprinkler irrigation, Roosevelt Lake irrigation). Not knowing what steps to take, I called Polaris. I explained the issue to Justin, who immediately sent Jack to the house to assess the damage. Jack was very knowledgable on water damage, and went to work determining how much water had seeped into the drywall. He determined that the drywall needed to be cut up about 20 inches all around, and we got the go-ahead from the insurance company to start work. Jack and his crew worked very quickly to remove the carpet and drywall to reduce any chance of mold, and installed floor dryers and a de-humidifier that night (about 8 hours after the incident). I was walked through every step of the process by the owner Justin, who proved to be a very willing listener during this traumatic experience. He was very reassuring, and provided a level of professional and customer service that was comforting. He came to supervise the work being performed, and even came the next day to discuss said work with the insurance adjustor. Overall an excellent experience during a tough situation! Polaris had a fair price, and exceptional service skills.
