PM Contracting Team

PM Contracting team was great to work with. They responded promptly to my request for a quote, sent several emails, explained what would be done and provided a fair quote. After accepting the quote they were able to schedule to project the following week. They arrived on time with 3 members of their construction team and, after a full day work, completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend for any type of service.

We had a leak the day before we were supposed to close. Dustin and crew fixed the leak that day and even repaired a water main leak without charging.

Very well the guys were very knowledgeable and the water heater was in a very difficult space and they did a great job also they left the project very clean. I would defiantly recommend their service and already have.

Professional and Punctual Service, well informed on materials, and responsive to concerns/communication during the project. Dustin was professional and oversaw every phase of the project. He was candid about the timeline and finished in the estimated time. I have worked with contractors on several large and small scale projects and am meticulous and probably hover to the point where I might be in the way. Dustin not only tolerated my behavior but walked me through the material options for reconstruction, worked with my wife and me on our design, and took care of explaining pricing options and time differences between the different products and designs. He promptly responded through text and at any hiccup called me immediately and informed me of my options. There were problems, but they were dealt with quickly and the most surprising element of the job: they left the area pristinely clean.

Work was done professionally and timely. The subs they used were professional and also did a great job.

The crew was on time, professional and very pleasant to work with on my almost disaster project. PM Repair has bid additional projects and will be awarded the jobs based upon the reasonable pricing and professional work.

They were very careful not to disturb anything during all the work they did and also were very time conscious. In other words they got the jobs done on or before schedule and in a very detailed and exacting way. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to feel sure that they have hired the best. They will get the job done and you will never have the problems usually associated with this kind of work. In fact should anyone want to see photos of their work I know they can provide them And I am sure that I will be one of many of their clients who think the World of them and their work ethics. They are also very reasonable but because they have on going work with me I didn't list a cost. However, You will definitely get your money's worth.

Resent storm caused interior to leak ruining our dry wall so I decided to call Pm Repair Team. They showed up on time and repaired the dry wall and redid the texture. Texture is a hard thing to match but I must say the did an excellent job! Bill was more than fair. Have already recommended to a couple friends.

Everything was great, Dustin and Tyler were there a lot. Nice guys. Very polite, very respectful. It was about 3 weeks, and I got a little tired of having people in and around my house, but it was fine. I am really glad with the finished results. They let me pay in installments over 45 days, so that was nice. He told me not to tell anyone about that, but here it is!

Went well. The crew was more punctual than most services I've employed in the past. They were very knowledgeable about plumbing fixtures and what was needed to fix my water leaks. They were clean and even wore booties in my home! This made the wife very happy! It took about as long as I expected to make the repairs and the bill was vary fair. Overall, very happy and I will keep their number for future projects.

They delivered the door that i had purchased because i have a car. They cleaned up pretty well and didnt leave a mess. They were a little late but not bad. The supervisor Dustin called gave us a heads up. They have a small but good crew. They have alot of expertise in different trades and i would definately recommend them for smaller remodel projects and general repairs.

The patio is exactly what we wanted.  We chose natural brick which other contractors would probably talk us out of because it's difficult to work with compared to pavers and it leaches chemicals out of the ground and water but we love the look and installed artificial grass on both sides which finishes our backyard nicely.  PM only did the patio.  They've done plumbing, electrical and remodel for us before and all projects went well.  They over extended themselves a bit because they had several projects going so it took longer than expected but we weren't crunched for time so it was ok.

I didn't realize that I had a broken and leaking pipe in my wall....and I had plenty of mold growing inside. This is a rental unit, and I had to fix it fast! Dustin and his team arrived with 2 trucks within 6 hours of me calling. He was awesome, and explained everything, step by step. He is very knowledgeable, and  tried to save me as much as he could. He even took me to the store to pick out tile while the guys worked. They finished most of it that, day and then came back a day later after the tile had set to grout and seal.
I had used him once before, on a simple drywall repair. I didn't know he could do so much! I couldn't give him my credit card fast enough!
This guy is worth every penny.
