THIS ALARM COMPANY HAD THE BEST PRICE AND THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HOWEVER, WHEN WE EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS THEY WERE UNABLE TO HELP US. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A THREE YEAR CONTRACT. WE WENT FROM TRIPPING THE ALARM AND HAVING NOBODY CALL OR RESPOND TO HAVING SOMETHING FAULTY TRIP THE ALARM AND CAUSE MANY FALSE ALARMS. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO COME FIX IT, THEY SAID IT WOULD BE A CHARGE AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP TO FIX IT. I WISH I HAD NOT SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.
