About us

We proudly offer a FREE SERVICE CALL & FAILURE DIAGNOSIS of your home's air conditioning and/or heating system WITH ANY "FLAT-RATE" REPAIR. Our flat-rate repair pricing means we do not charge by the hour, but rather, by the job. We will disclose the cost of the repair FIRST, then you can choose to move forward, or pay service call fee and part as friends. $59.95 is our rate for a service call & diagnosis of a failed air-conditioning system. This fee is applied towards total repair invoice (up to 30 days from original diagnosis) should you move forward with our recommendations to restore the unit's functionality, efficiency and normal working operation. We prefer not to give quotes for parts or equipment over the phone to price shoppers without seeing the scope of the job FIRST. We use higher quality parts and technician$ than most companies to warranty repairs for 1 year. We generally are about 25% less than our competition. Willing to negotiate prices before work begins, not afterward
