Orbit Plumbing

The provider was hired to unclog a shower drain on Friday afternoon.
They arrived promptly, Tried to unclog the drain for about 5 minutes and left.
Said they would have to go into the condo below us and into their wall to unclog the drain and they weren't "authorized" to do that.
So they left.
By then it was about 6pm.  The office was CLOSED until Monday and we were still stuck with a clogged drain.
So I hired another plumber on Saturday.  He worked his tirelessly to get the drain unclogged.
He didn't have to go into another condo below us.
Didn't have to get into a wall to unclog.
And he used the same tool the Orbit plumbers used.
These guys just didn't want to work and put forth any effort on a Friday night at closing time.  The only amazing thing was they didn't charge anything.
I would never use again.

We bought the home last year and had an Insinkerator hot water dispenser go out. The Home Warranty company sent George Chu of Orbit Plumbing out to diagnose the problem. Mr. Chu and his co-worker showed up at the scheduled time, took out the dispenser and called the manufacturer to get a replacement on order. It was here in a week, and then they came out and installed it the next day. They arrived a little before the scheduled time and were done in about 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were very friendly and they were very helpful with questions I asked about the AC unit and water heater. Will definitely have them back.
