TV Service - Cable
I was a customer for years I love Direct TV, but recent changes at Now Communications force you to pay $120.00 just to find out what is wrong with NOW COMMUNICATIONS' equipment (something Now Communications used to do for free). I have switched to Cox. I'm paying more, but at least Cox has some integrity. I supported this business when they were just starting out and had very few customers, now when their business is good they change, that is a sign of weak loyalty to their customers and no integrity.
