It has been a while, but I still need to let others know. I needed help in fixing previous poor interior painting jobs and finishing some areas that never even got started. When I spoke to the secretary, she got in touch with the owner, coming back on the line & stating that the owner had told her to tell me that the company specialized in fixing poor work. He came for an estimate - I felt as if he was charging me for a complete condo (937 sq. ft.) do-over. Feeling desperate at the time, I reluctantly agreed, paying half down, because I had not received any other replies to my queries for help. I felt I understood the contract & that, because the owner & I had walked around discussing everything I was looking to be corrected, had little doubt that the results would be good. When the secretary called to make the start date appointment, she stated that their interior painters were part of the exterior crew, as well, and would need to be taken out of that crews jobs for the time they would be working for me. I can only say that, if these two painters are interior painters, I'm "Mrs. American". The majority of their work was less than good & I fell the interpretation of what needed to be done/fixed, per the owner's ambiguous explanation of the contract to them, led to incomplete or jobs not done. By the time it was all over, & the owner came to inspect his painters' work, I ended up quite disappointed in his "review" & what he said needed to be fixed - so much so, I couldn't say a word. One of the interior painters returned the following Monday, to work on what his boss had told him needed to be done. Guess the owner, or the painter, or both, have bad recall because even the total number of things, even the owner had pointed out, were not done. When the owner showed up, I felt like a total wreck, quite discouraged & disgusted, even with myself, for feeling as if I'd fallen for, yet, having believed in, what I thought I'd heard & read. As the painter, himself, was leaving, he explained, in very broken English, mixed with gestures & some Spanish, that he didn't like doing interiors because it was too detail-oriented. This was being translated, if you will, by the owner, who laughed (along with the painter) & agreed that exterior painting was easier. He left &, yes, believe it or not, I'd paid the other half, regretting it since. I later got in touch with the owner about my disappoint which, of course, he couldn't understand. I will admit that he did offer to send his painters back, then a different one because I said that I didn't want the original painters to come back. After thinking about it for a couple of days, I told him that I didn't want anything else to do with him or his company. I felt he'd misrepresented himself & the company & that I wouldn't be able to trust them.

It is very worth it to find a company that is not only competitive in price but produces high-quality detail-oriented work. I chose to upgrade to the top grade paint and it is just stunning! Kenny, the owner, explained all the little details when he gave the first estimate, and I learned lots about exterior paint and potential problems listening to him. His attention to detail when he came back and inspected was great. So thankful for the job you did! It seems like my house has to hire them! They are great!

After the paint was dry, my 33 yr old home looked brand new! Kenny inspected the job after the project was finished. He has a sharp eye! He caught little blemishes I didn't even notice! Besen and his team corrected everything. This the best looking paint job my home has ever had!

The crew patched and repaired my crumbling foundation, scraped and repaired the trim and wood, repaired my carport ceiling and removed the shutters. We had our entire condo (2600 sq) repainted by Noble. Kenny, the owner, immediately impressed me with his eye for detail when he came out to do the estimate. He noticed cracks that we have either never notice or had just gotten used to. He made a lot of observations and recommendations that the other two companies that provided estimates just missed. The painters were very good, and they were polite and professional. We had a number of cracks that required drywall repair. It is impossible to see where the repairs were made. The surfaces of the patches perfectly blend with the existing texture of the original walls. The lines on the painting are neat and crisp. After the job was complete, Kenny came back and inspected the entire project, room by room. He found tiny areas for improvement that I had not noticed and likely never would notice. The attention to detail by the entire team is outstanding. Bottom line: A highly professional team that is focused on details in order to provide an outstanding painting job.

He measured the house to get an accurate estimate as to how much paint he would need. The estimate was broken down so that I can understand how much I was paying for . The work was professional and on time. They did an excellent job with the clean up. They also missed a few areas and had a painter came out right away to paint those areas.
